**NEW STUDENTS: Upon registration, first month’s tuition is required along with the registration fee; both are not refundable.

The City of Windsor as the Consolidated Municipal Service Manager for Children’s Services for Windsor and County of Essex, is committed to creating an increasingly integrated, high quality, affordable child care and early learning system which meets the needs of the children and families in the community. They have been working diligently with provincial and federal governments to develop and implement a plan that will benefit the community.

We have enrolled in the Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care Program (CWELCC), and we will keep you updated as more information and details of the plan become available.
